As per the suggestion of a Casey4321, I replaced the original Commander--Breya, Etherium Shaper--with the Partner Commanders Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist and Ravos, Soultender. Breya was only the Commander in the first place because I wanted access to all her colors, and I had not considered the possibility of using two Commanders to get the same effect. This is much better, as Miss Etherium Shaper had absolutely nothing to do with anything, whereas Ludevic has that incentive-to-hit-other-people ability.

I love it! Now I want to build something like this.

How about Humble Defector or Diaochan, Artful Beauty or even Starke of Rath for further political elements?

That's exactly the short of input I'm looking for; Vielen Dank. I gave your Leviathan deck an upvote.

What if you ran partners instead? Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist is pretty political. And I think Ravos wouldn't be a bad partner!

Dawnbreak Reclaimer could be a nice political tool to make a few friends and make sure you get to keep some creatures. No Mercy is also the perfect level of excessive. Isperia, Supreme Judge could also go quite well with your other combat related cards.
