Additions and playtest —March 31, 2017
Opted out of Siege-Gang Commander to keep the Avg. CMC low. I also removed the Goblin Chirurgeon in place of a second Legion Loyalist.
Playtesting goes very well against almost all deck archetypes, while still taking the W with best of 3 matches.

Siege-Gang Commander (aka army in a can) probably has a home here. I'd also bring in the piledriver and Goblin Warchief from your sideboard as they can be a massive beating.
Goblin Lackey/Goblin Matron/Goblin Ringleader are other good options.
As for cuts I think Impact Tremors, Goblin Fireslinger and some of the sorcery token generators can be taken out.
