Switched Sphere of Safety for Thassa, God of the Sea. (But may not keep her, still in debates).
Updated different lands to have in the including lands such as Wooded Bastion and Treva's Ruins.

I would highly recommend Grand Abolisher . I had him in my old Rafiq EDH deck.

Sovereigns of Lost Alara can be an insta-win with Rafiq, I highly recommend it. Also, 3-4 additional lands would greatly increase your consistency.
