You might want to take a look at Fanatic of Mogis , with all of that red casting cost out there, he will come in with a big splash. Especially if you have a Boros Reckoner out already.

Yoked Ox would fit the open sideboard slot, and your title reminds me that there must be some equipment card out there that would enable "Cows with guns" gimmick.

More seriously though, how about Pyroclasm for Lightning Bolt ? It stacks nicely with Boros Reckoner and won't kill your guys.
