Deft Duelist, Thistledown Liege, and Cloudblazer may be worth considering.

I definitely think your last 4 should be creatures if this is intended to be an aggro deck.

Thistledown Liege would function with all the rest of your current creatures, giving them all +2/+2, at instant speed. plus it would help round out your somewhat short mana curve.

Cloudblazer is a relatively recent card that's caught my eye. A 2/2 Flying for 5 doesn't sound like a great deal, but it immediately replaces itself, pulls you another card, and even comes with a bit of life.

Deft Duelist is really just another 2drop that is relatively aggro-y for Azorius.

My favorite Azorius creature is Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer.

Tyrant-Thanatos You're right, they should be creatures. Deft Duelist I had looked at but the problem I had was Shroud and I would not be able to enchant it or target it with my Instances. Thistledown Liege I will consider and side board it for now, I had forgotten it had Flash when I first looked at it and I can see it can easily be a finisher if used correctly. I wasn't sure if I'd go to 4-CMC. Cloudblazer, oh I know well what we have there, but I'd probably throw Mulldrifter in before that for it's early game utility.

xtopazinferno, I like it and will side-board it but not auto-include. My one friend plays competitive Elves that can win on turn 3 and utilizes elf tapping to generate mana. It's a very fast deck and Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer wouldn't do much until turn 4 out side of my opponent getting a bad draw and even then there's too many elves to deal with. Now my other friend who is utilizing a White-Enchantment deck, Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer could be very useful.

I keep feeling like I should be running with 2 Ephara, God of the Polis in there for mid-game. Getting her to creature status would not be difficult unless others are running removal but she replaces herself on the next turn and can provide extra card draw. And if I'm Scrying and don't need her I can send her to the bottom of the deck....hmm, should I switch 2 lands for a couple Borderposts in the event that I don't get Judge's Familiar on the opening hand? It would increase my changes of a 1-drop.

That's a fair point about Mulldrifter. And I can see where the shroud on Deft Duelist could be offputting. I'm fairly sure you can still Cipher onto a shrouded creature, and Conspire with them, but you are right that you'd be unable to target it. I was just trying to pull creatures off the top of my head.

How would you feel about something like Dauntless River Marshal or Arctic Aven? They seem to fit in with your conditional self-buffing efficient creature base.

Invisible Stalker always gets through to trigger hidden strings and hands of binding ciphers and he is immune to targeted removal
