Magmaroth is also pretty useful as a counter collector
i run a few Blazing Volley main because of soul scar mage and that gives a lot of tokens. and its good main board hate vs monument decks

Hollow One - dodges push, is ok sized, can cost you 0 mana

what about Soul-Scar Mage he might be good even a late game draw of him with a few burn spells in hand seems good.

Ive played mill for a while, so just helping you find the solutions to the problems before you encounter them.

I ran a deck with the stalker and and hidden strings, remand was great to untap my lands off hidden strings then Remand there next spell, also ran Perilous Research to sac my Ordeal of Thassa sooner to draw 4 since Ordeal of Thassa doesnt care how it gets sac'd and a few Chasm Skulker just for fun. i deleted the deck a while ago off here but but if you interested i think i can put it back together.

Mind Sculpt doesnt have cycling but it mills 7 for 2 mana

Invisible Stalker would be nice since he is hexproof

if youre looking for an answer to emrakul in blue try using Trickbind it counters his triggered ability of the reshuffle and its split second so it cant be countered.
and for ways around Leyline of Sanctity in blue your best bet is Set Adrift for actually being able to get rid of it. Echoing Truth puts it back in the hand for them to recast so its not a true answer unless you can mill the entire deck while its in the hand

Archive Trap is good in a format where people search libraries (anyone that runs fetches)
might also need some Tormod's Crypt for the reanimator matches
July 17, 2017 3:07 p.m.
Logic Knot also a good counterspell that can be relevant late game due to you have a decently sized GY from orbs
Mind Sculpt might be useful

need at least 21 lands, dispel should be negate, negate hands down affects more spells mainboard than a dispel. i would drop Vessel of Paramnesia for 3 more lands. River Serpent is would replace with Cryptic Serpent if you wanted to have a creature, however Sphinx of the Final Word is prolly the best finisher

Tormod's Crypt does the same thing for 0

you cant turn mirror in fraying sanity because it once it becomes an aura if its not attached to anything it will just go to the graveyard. since an aura is targeted when its casted the mirror is already out and not attached to the player (and can never really be attached to anything just as mirage mirror) this rule kind of explains it
303.4f If an Aura is entering the battlefield under a players control by any means other than by resolving as an Aura spell, and the effect putting it onto the battlefield doesnt specify the object or player the Aura will enchant, that player chooses what it will enchant as the Aura enters the battlefield. The player must choose a legal object or player according to the Auras enchant ability and any other applicable effects.
Since Fraying Sanity doesnt have a etb target then it just doesnt enchant anything because mirage mirror is already on the battlefield

you cant use it to copy the curse since If Mirage Mirror becomes a copy of an Aura, its put into its owners graveyard unless its somehow attached to an appropriate object or player already and that cant happen

Imprisoned in the Moon seems like a good option in mono blue to deal with the gods and pw's

17 lands seems extremely light, if you want even a slight chance if you have to mulligan once you will need more lands.

windfall is not in a modern set, commander doesnt count
preordain is banned in modern

Ruling from Gatherer
The value of X is determined only as Fraying Sanitys triggered ability resolves. For example, if three Fraying Sanity Auras are attached to one player who had four cards put into his or her graveyard this turn, X will be four for the first ability to resolve, eight for the second, and sixteen for the third.
