Maybe throw in some Delvers(since the deck is predominately instants and batterskull on delver is sick) and more artifact hate in sideboard, since they will be the least affected by Blood Moon and Spreading Seas.

Shatterstorm is a possibility but from what I've seen, most go with Shattering Spree which would work well since with Blood Moon out, you'll essentially have 12 mountains despite a majority of the spells being blue.

hmm I like the delver idea, but the thing with the artifact hate....

I have 2 Vandalblast , 1 Hurkyl's Recall and 3 Anger of the Gods . I think (and hope) that's enough.

What would you take out for Delver of the Secrets?

Hmm... it might just be a better win-con than master of the waves and could replace him. Would need some playtesting but due to the fact that almost all of your devotion comes from enchantments, the odds that he will be relevant on turn 4 is slim and he's highly susceptible to removal, removing him will kill all the elementals. Delver comes in turn 1, possibly transforms turn 2, then swings in for 3, making him a threat in all but the longest of games.

Do some games where you swap Master out for Delvers and see how well it works. Master does however have the benefit of not competing with counters for spell slots in exchange for less pressure.

Necrotize you would replace two Master of Waves with 2 Delver of Secrets  ^Flip right? I see your point but I think 2 Delver are bad beacause you want him T1 if possible, in T4 / T5 he's mostly not better than Master of Waves .

So if I play Delver I wanna have 4 of them...

Hmm, then maybe remove 1 island, the masters, and one of your instants. I'd probably pick either Vapor Snag or Spell Snare because Delver serves as a game ender and honestly if you had to choose between leaving mana up to counter or playing your own threat, you'd probably wanna go with your own threat.
