Round 1 was against R/B Control. He had way too much creature control and not enough cards to deal with my Walkers. Pretty easy victory, it went 2-1 but I lost to mana screw, not him.
Round 2 was against R/W Aggro. I had one of my best starts game 1 for this matchup getting Authority of the Consuls out on turn 1 followed up with a Radiant Flames on Turn 3. After about turn 6 and two walkers establishing a lock, I had the game. Game two was much more difficult. He ended up winning due to a Fleetwheel Cruiser coming down and dodging my enchantment. Game 3 he had way too slow of a start getting stuck on one mana, by the time he got the second I had Liliana, the Last Hope and Nahiri, the Harbinger out to seal the deal.
Round 3 was against my buddy. He has a deck very similar to mine but he uses more gearhulks. Problem is he still doesn't have the dual lands so unless he gets lucky I usually win. I beat him 2-0 like I usually do.
Round 4 was against Grixis Emerge. I won 2-0 but both games were really close. Game 1 he got his engine working right when I got a Lili ult, it was still a really hard fight but he couldn't keep up with the tide especially after Nahiri, the Harbinger took care of the only Haunted Dead he had found. Game 2 I got a turn 4 Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet and despite having a lot of creatures, he couldn't find a kill spell and got shut down.
