Turn 1: Play an Island, Tap to play a Sol Ring, tap to cast Amulet of Vigor and Voltaic Key.
Turn 2: Tap Sol Ring to play Time Vault. Because of our Amulet of Vigor, it doesn't enter tapped, and we can tap Time Vault for another turn. Before you end your turn, tap your Island to pay to Voltaic Key to untap Time Vault. End your turn, take your extra one, then tap Time Vault, pay for Voltaic Key, untap Time Vault, do what you want with the remaining mana, end your turn, then repeat.

Play Time Vault, and Voltaic Key, then tap an Island for Voltaic Key, Untap Time Vault, take extra turn, repeat.

Amulet of Vigor- This is in so that Time Vault enters the battlefeild untapped. It is not needed, as Voltaic Key can do the same thing just one turn later.

Sol Ring- very helpful ramp and speed.

Etherium Sculptor- makes Sol Ring, Amulet of Vigor, and Voltaic Key free to cast, makes everythng else cheaper.

Darksteel Reactor- A helpful win con once you get the combo up and running, just keep taking turns until you draw it our can tutor for it, then take 20 turns in a row. Win.

Renowned Weaponsmith- a slower and more cumbersome Sol Ring, adds a nice blocker as well.

Island- Helpful for casting spells. (Duh)
