Phage the untouchable and torpor orb

If I Play Phage the Untouchable with [[Torpor-Orb] Play do I still lose the game?

And remember that if you play Phage from your hand you don't lose. Only if you play her from anywhere else.

could you then use Sundial of the Infinite to end the turn in response or is this considered SBA?

Yes you could because Phage's ability is triggered therfor it goes on the stack and gets exiled when the turn ends

Also if using blue or blue/green you can use Stifle , Trickbind or Voidslime to counter Phage's ETB trigger.

No. The ability that would make you lose the game won't trigger since Torpor Orb prevents it.
