infinite combos

For an infinite combo deck once you've got the infinite combo can you say I do this combo an infinite number of times or do you have to state a specific number of times?

You have to specify an exact number. Technically, there is no such thing as "infinite" in Magic, as your combo actions have to be determined by a number. Now, that number could be 154812651326584548465121544561548178151651231651894, you just have to pick a number that will kill off your opponent(s).

Except for combos that create necessarily infinite numbers, (such as Sanguine Bond +Exquisite Blood ) you can not repeat a combo a number of times equal to an actually infinite number. If you get Boros Reckoner +Azorius Charm +Boros Charm you can not just say "boros reckoner continuously assigns and reassigns 3 damage to itself; I gain infinite life". you have to say "9 trillion life" or "an arbitrarily large amount of life". This way, if your opponent gets an infinite damage combo (such as Melira, Sylvok Outcast +Viscera Seer +Murderous Redcap ) they can say "I repeat this combo 4 trillion, 5 billion and 1 times. murderous redcap deals 9 trillion and 2 damage to you" or "murderous redcap deals damage equal to your life total to you".
