Garruk's Uprising and Hardened Scales

If I have a Garruk's Uprising and a Hardened Scales on the battlefield and play a Spike Weaver, will the Garruk's Uprising trigger?

Yes, it will trigger. Hardened Scales is a replacement effect. The Spike Feeder will enter as a 4/4.

Specifically, Hardened Scales is modifying Spike Feeder's ability which changes how it enters the battlefield. Because Spike Feeder enters with the counters, it would normally trigger Elemental Bond so Hardened Scales lets it trigger Garruk's Uprising as well.

Conversely, Aven Surveyor gains it's counter(s) after it enters, so it would not trigger Elemental Bond, so Hardened Scales doesn't let it trigger Garruk's Uprising.
