EDH color rule

I have a Muzzio EDH deck. My question is can I run all of the artifact lands, as they have no color, being lands, and have no activated abilities requiring color.

Things like Ancient Den have activated abilities with a mana symbol. Ancient Den is white colour identity, and so can't be used with Muzzio

Legal inclusion in an EDH deck is determined by color identity, which is different than color.
Color is determined by the colors of mana in a spell's mana cost (and other color setting effects like on DFC), whereas color identity is determined by the mana symbols on a card.
For example, Rhys the Exiled's color is green, but since he has a black mana symbol in his rules text, his color identity is green and black.
Going back to your example, Tree of Tales and the other artifact lands would not be legal for inclusion, as they have different colored mana symbols and thus different color identities other than Muzzio, Visionary Architect's blue color identity. Of course, you can play Seat of the Synod.

Link all cards in your question.
Muzzio, Visionary Architect
No. Although lands are indeed colorless cards, they do have color identities. Remember that color and color identity are not the same; color identity also looks at the rules text of the card. Five of the artifact lands have colored mana symbols in the rules text for their mana abilities. That means they have the color identities related to the symbols they include.
You may only include Seat of the Synod (and Darksteel Citadel) in your deck. Ancient Den, Vault of Whispers, Great Furnace, and Tree of Tales are outside of Muzzio, Visionary Architect's color identity and may not be included in your deck.
