Does this combo work?

So I was thinking of using Mirror Gallery to copy a random creature with Quasiduplicate, then cast Lutri, the Spellchaser targeting Quasiduplicate, the copy of Quasiduplicate targeting Lutri, then the copy of Lutri enters the battlefield, thus copying Quasiduplicate infinity times, Mirror Gallery causing it to be possible to get infinite otters. Does this even work, or does Quasiduplicate resolve before the Lutri clones can copy the Quasiduplicate?

That combo does not work, but there is a simpler version that does. The main reason that this does not work is that Lutri specifically states that it has to be cast in order to trigger its on ETB.

Luckily, there are cards similar to Lutri that don't have that condition, namely Dualcaster Mage and Naru Meha, Master Wizard. With the former, you don't need Mirror Gallery. Often with these combos, you use cards like Ghostly Flicker to get infinite ETBs instead of making infinite copies of a creature.

Great combo overall. I've seen someone win by infinitely copying someone else's Demonic Tutor.
