Does Experiment Kraj's 3rd ability let it pay costs that mention the other card by name?

Experiment Kraj has all the abilities of creatures with a +1/+1 counter on them. If I have Triskelion or Walking Ballista in play, does Kraj gain "remove +1/+1 counter from Triskelion: ping 1" or does it gain "remove +1/+1 counter from Kraj: ping 1"?

The second, you could remove a counter from Kraj to deal 1 damage and you'd be unable to remove a counter from an opponent's Triskelion.

201.4b If an ability of an object refers to that object by name, and an object with a different name gains that ability, each instance of the first name in the gained ability that refers to the first object by name should be treated as the second name.

Example: Quicksilver Elemental says, in part, "U: Quicksilver Elemental gains all activated abilities of target creature until end of turn." If it gains an ability that says "G: Regenerate Cudgel Troll," activating that ability will regenerate Quicksilver Elemental, not the Cudgel Troll it gained the ability from.

A very pedantic note: Rule 201.4b does NOT apply to cards like Mirror-Mad Phantasm that refer to "a card named ____", because it's not necessarily referring to itself (since there could be another copy in your deck, etc).

So an Experiment Kraj copying the ability of a Mirror-Mad Phantasm basically has "1U: Mill yourself" (assuming you're playing EDH).
