Can I repeatedly use a creature's activated ability and have it resolve before another creature's?

I'm running an edh deck for Patron of the Moon . I've found an infinite combo, but I'm not sure if it's possible.
Patron of the Moon + Amulet of Vigor + Training Grounds + Uyo, Silent Prophet .
There are other ways of doing the combo, but this is one that I'm not sure on. I could basically cast any spell and do this. Time Warp is the best one for this deck. Could I tap 2 mana, use one for Uyo's ability, return the two lands, and then use Patron of the Moon 's ability to place the two lands back. I would then repeat this to copy the spell a massive amount of time.
Could I thus resolve Patron's ability first to add more mana and copy the spell. I know you can work the stack, but I'm not sure on how it works specifically.

P.S. > A one-point Increasing Confusion would be instant-win through mill.

Actually, after having read Training Grounds completely, I realized you would need an untapped colorless mana to activate the Patron of the Moon 's ability before you could then start the combo and I realized that the training grounds still means that Uyo, Silent Prophet 's ability still costs you one of your mana to bounce those 2 free lands each time.
Solution: Extraplanar Lens ...
Happy milling.

Thanks. So I can rework the stack to always place the Patron's ability first, or does this work because his ability resolves instantly. I'm glad it works, but I'm not sure why it works. Could anyone elaborate on that part? =)
p.s. I'll have to put in Increasing Confusion btw. I already have a Capsize and Boomerang for infinite bounce. lol

Yea, I knew that. That's why I tap the two lands at the beginning. Then I return them for her effect. I then use the remaining blue in my pool to add the two lands back. Following this, I copy the original spell again and then put the two lands back. lol

Okay let's run a scenario so I can show you how you would want to run the stack with resolutions and how the mana works out:
- Tap 4 blue mana
- Cast 1-point Increasing Confusion (2 mana used)
- Use remaining 1 mana for Uyo to bounce 2 of the 4 tapped lands (1 mana used, 1 remaining)
- Use last remaining mana to use Patron's ability to return those two lands to play tapped (0 mana left in pool!)
- Amulet untaps those lands
- Tap them for 2 mana
- Use one mana to activate Uyo's ability thanks to the Training Grounds to return two tapped lands to your hand and duplicate the Increasing Confusion (added copies of the Sorcery onto the stack)
- Use one mana to use Patron's ability
- Repeat steps 7 and 8 until you have milled your opponent, then let all those Increasing Confusion s resolve for mill victory!

This 'infinite mana' combination would work for certain. The main card here that makes this whole combo ridiculously possible is Amulet of Vigor of course.
Assuming all four permanents are on the battlefield:
