Would like to run a new deck!

Hi,
I've been playing an Izzet deck for the last few months... which as been fun and all but lately my local meta has changed (almost no U/W control or mono-black, but lots of Boros burn and golgari dredge).
Anyway, I used to go 2-2 pretty regularly and now I'm going 1-3 pretty consistently.
While I'm not hell-bent on a consistent 4-0 I'd like to have a new deck where I'll do at least 2-2 again most of the time (maybe even some 3-1's and a rare 4-0).
What deck types would you recommend?
Only stipulations are that I'd like to keep it fairly cheap (~$200 or less if I bought everything fresh), and no Mono-black.
Thanks for any help I can get!
P.S. I don't need decklists, just deck themes... I can build something from there. Oh, and I hope this is in the right forum.
Well building around a god is pretty fun, and deck archetypes usually build from that. Pharika brings dredge, so what about Iroas or Kruphix, or maybe even Erebos or Purphorus?

If you want to throw people for a loop, go for a Simic Flash deck. The most expensive non-lands are Boon Satyr and Cyclonic Rift , and the rest of the deck is filled with commons, uncommons, and "junk" rates. For example, you have creatures like Shambleshark , Skylasher , Briarpack Alpha , and Fated Intervention , plus a bunch of counterspells, Simic Charm , etc.
It requires a good bit of skill to pilot, but it's very competitive in the right hands since it's pretty fast and reactive to your opponent's moves. I played a Bant version for a while (admittedly much more than $200) and made several top 8's. The best part was that I was trashing tier 1 decks like MBD and UWx control with it.

White Weenie is a good option. Also W/B Humans with Athreos, God of Passage and Xathrid Necromancer is a powerful and competitive build that can be built for under 200 dollars.

Looking through my rares binder I notice I've got a good amount of B/W stuff (including Athreos, Godless Shrines, and Temples) so I think I'll go ahead and look into that one.
