How can Mono Red Burn deal with Leyline to Sanctity? Is there a card or a strategy to be played against Leyline?

Well, everything has to have its cryptonite. The only way to deal with it is to play more dudes. Enchantment hate is non-existent in red.

I am sure there is a way around, its magic. I am running Burn mono red, simply because i am on a budget. I main deck 10 creatures. I see my sideboard is going to harbor more creatures because of leyline. I do know if something like Hellspark Elemental will help.

Looking at the deck you have, running Hellspark Elemental instead of Shard Volley . Another typically played creature is Keldon Marauders .

I would also consider removing 2x Flames of the blood hand and adding 2 more Shrines, that card is insane and i would not imagine a situation where you would not cast it on t2. Plus 6 anti-lifegain cards is plenty.

Alternatively, running a couple of Koth of the Hammer can help as well.

I ran less mountains and no shrines and in place i had Hellspark Elemental , they work great. I like Shard Volley because its another 3 to the face and i am trying to out race my opponent. I have only used the shrine as a proxy and its only been cast twice and it worked, but i dont have that much experience with the card. It must be great if it deserves a full playset.

i am new to modern format. dont really have much experience, i have read and seen deck lists of what people are using but i dont know my local meta. I dont know how most decks play out, frankly i dont care. i am just going to burn people to the face and pray i burn them before their combo comes out. i have another modern list with cards i already own, i have a merfolk deck. I rather play burn at the PTQ.

Well, for a burn deck, you do not need to race your opponent. You need inevitability - knowing that you have enough damage to win. The deck is more of a combo deck than anything else.

If you are running the hellsparks, consider including a couple of Teetering Peaks .

your right about it being a combo deck and in a format full of combo decks i am trying to get my trick out before my opponent does. Its a race 1 way or another. I just have to play in a way that doesnt allow me to lose.

What about spells that deal damage to each player, it's dangerous but it would get around the leyline.

You can always simply splash white, which you already want for Boros Charm , and that gives you access to Wear / Tear and War Priest of Thune .

I would want some Lightning Helix too if splashing white. Erase is another option.
