Grixis Delver Help?

So I was searching through my cards for inspiration for a deck to make for FNM, and I stumbled across some cards I own that fit perfectly into a Grixis Delver deck (Tasigur, the Golden Fang, Young Pyromancer, etc). I took some time and put together a list, but I didn't have any Delver of Secrets Flip, so I ordered some. After testing the deck though I'm not too sure what to cut for the Delvers. Also what else should I do to the list to make it a bit more competitive without dropping $400 dollars (so no Snapcaster Mage's or Serum Visions or Shock/Fetch lands)? I would really appreciate it if someone who is knowledgable would take a look at my list and evaluate/criticize it. The list is below. Thank you!

Yeah, Delver requires Serum Visions for sure, it helps to set up your delver to flip. A good mana base is absolutely required, so unfortunately some number of shocks and fetches are required. The upside is Mires and Deltas are standard right now so they're not carrying the 50 dollar price tag Scalding Tarn fetches... You could probably get away without the snaps, but you'll top out power-wise much below where the average Grixis delver list is.

Unfortunately there's only so competitive the deck can get with Snaps, Visions and the good lands.
