I've heard legacy players talking about different deck, some of which use Karakas as a win condition. How do they win.
It's never really a win condition but it does a lot of very unfair stuff. There might be some deck I'm not aware of though

It gets ridiculous cards out of the field effectively such as Sneak and Show's Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and Griselbrand .

Karakas is never a win condition in the decks that play it. It simply provides insane utility.
Against unfair decks like Reanimator or Sneak and Show, you can bounce your opponent's win condition, leaving them with little hope of replaying it.
If your deck happens to utilize Legendary creatures, then you can protect them or abuse their ETB triggers. Mangara of Corondor , Vendilion Clique , and Venser, Shaper Savant are the usual suspects.

There is an infinite loop with Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and Karakas that is played in 12 Post.

Karakas sees play in a lot of places. Death and Taxes plays it sometimes with Mangara of Corondor to remove any permanent they want while returning Mangara to their hand. UW(r) Miracles plays it alongside Vendilion Clique and Venser, Shaper Savant to gain repeated advantage through hand disruption or tempo. Many decks simply play the card to stop combos like Show and Tell plus large legendary creatures like Griselbrand .

I believe they use Mangara of Corondor to exile stuff and bounce her back to your hand. But I don't know much about Legacy, so I could be wrong.
