Scrambleverse is a card that I've liked for quite a while, although, I never really read what it did. Today I did, and my brain literally exploded. I didn't understand at all how the card worked. Could you please explain it to me???
Also, I want to make a chaos deck on here. Like Scrambleverse , what are some very chaotic cards that you know of?
Choose a nonland permanent you control, then roll an X-sided dice, where X is the number of players. Whichever number comes up, that player gets the permanent.
Repeat the process for all other nonland permanents on the field.

Scrambleverse , Possibility Storm , Whims of the Fates Your main 12 cards right there, the rest of the deck is ramp and burn spells.
Scrableverse basically scoops all permanents on the field up into one big pile, then rolls a die for each one, where the number on the die represents each player. In a 2 player game, a coin is flipped instead (In this explaination, of course. Die may be used)

World at War , Time Reversal . Check out Epochalyptik's List of EDH Chaos Cards.
Scrambleverse basically: "Randomly move control of nonland permanents around."
