what would be the pros and cons of having a mill and the pros and cons for a control-mill. then i can decide which is better on my opnion
Standard.
Well if you go control-mill you might have more of a chance as you just need controll until you mill them out. Thought it will be hard as the local meta isn't really control friendly, Black-Devotion is a hell as they have reanimation with the Whip of Erebos . Green-Red Devotion dominates with planeswalkers and big green creatures/Red devotion burn.

I would say that control/mill would be your best option. Lots of control to keep your opponent in check as there are quite a few decks that can run pretty fast right now. Of course you would have to test and figure out the right amount of each thing, but control would give you access to plenty of counters and against the whips and planeswalkers Negate will be your friend. Plus you'll have acess to Thoughtseize , Duress , and all of the normal black removal. You'll definitely need Jace, Memory Adept for milling because you'll need the space in your deck for all your control cards which means you won't be able to run enough pure mill cards to be effective. Plus there is Duskmantle Guildmage who's first ability you can activate twice and then mill for 10 using Jace's second ability and deal 20 damage as an additional win-co.

Format?
I love mill! I have always wanted a mill deck, but as a cant afford the Glimpse the Unthinkable and such, i have decided to not go for it at all. You could go either ways, but i think all out mill would be best if thats your wincon. If you are are on a budget you might try control mill, but it wont really work. If you are a standard player then i have no suggestions for you since i dont play standard. Black devotion is i thing i guess :)
