Cards that Add Charge Counters?

Hi guys, do you know cards that add charge counters to a cards and/or untaps it, i'm trying to create a deck around cards like Shriekhorn or Necrogen Censer for modern or pauper.

If you want mill, Grindclock is infinitely better than Shriekhorn.

zandl: not necessarily. Shriekhorn mills 6 cards for one mana over the course of 3 turns (and starting as early as your first), whereas Grindclock costs two mana and two turns of building up in order to do the same (so, turn 4 at the earliest). That said, Grindclock is obviously much better if you're doing Proliferate shenanigans or playing something like Dismantle.
(Then again, it's not like it really matters. Neither card has any place in a Modern mill deck and only Shriekhorn is Pauper legal anyway.)

Saying Shriekhorn is better than Grindclock is a bit egregious, especially when we're focusing on moving charge counters onto them from elsewhere. Shriekhorn is a ~20-turn clock with a charge counter each turn, but Grindclock on 5 or 6 will finish the game out in 6-7 turns and getting there would take just a few with a Surge Node.

Though, now that I've reread the post, I suppose arguing my case is moot since you've already acknowledged that both cards are crap in Modern (rightly so). Also, yeah; forgot it was Pauper that the OP was looking for.
