I much prefer Mist Dragon to a dragon with indestructible. Making your commander just disappear phase out is almost always a better answer to a board-wipe than indestructiblity. The icing on the cake is that this dragon can actually lose flying at instant speed, which also evades a fair bit of removal.

Yeah Mist Dragon is pretty good but I rarely have 7 open mana on an opponent's turn.

Prophet of Kruphix and Gemstone Array. With creatures like Moonveil Dragon auto-includes in practically every Scion deck deck, it becomes so mana-hungry that this is almost a necessity. The alternative is an infinite mana-loop.

Oh man, why did I forget to put a Prophet of Kruphix in my Scion deck? I... I can't believe I forgot about that card.
