Seeking advice for Zur the Enchanter Stax Deck.

I hope everyone is well today. I decided to make a stax deck in order to shut down a green deck a friend of mine plays with. It's not exactly something I would yoink out to play on a regular basis, as this is just a deck I made to shut down those ramp decks, so keep that in mind.
I put in Zur the Enchanter as my commander, so I made sure to put at least a good bit of enchantments, as well as stax pieces. I put in the combo of Power Artifact and Grim Monolith in order to get infinite mana for walking ballista. I put in decree of silence and Solemnity as a way to lock out the board if I can't get the infinite, and just beat them down with commander damage/Shark Tokens. Let me know if there's better ways to synergize the stax pieces or if there's better win cons. Other suggestions are good too though, I'm just mainly trying to get the stax to work better with my board and make sure I have good win cons. Also let me know if I'm skimping on black as well. I think I already have both Rhystic Study, as well as Smothering Tithe. I could very well replace both of those cards you mentioned though. They do seem better. Mana curve isn't the most important to me, as long as it's reasonable.

Would you consider either Rhystic Study or Smothering Tithe? Would you be willing to spend 2 more mana to replace Grand Abolisher with Myrel, Shield of Argive or 1 more mana to replace Despark with Anguished Unmaking, or is keeping a low mana curve a high priority for this deck?
