Endless Horizons in WR?
Commander Deck Help forum

Hey, so I'm making a WR deck borrowing heavily from a mono white deck I've been running. I've run into the question of whether or not Endless Horizons is worth a slot. I have 7 basic Plains in the deck and I'm already running Land Tax as well as Weathered Wayfarer. In these colors I don't have many options for card advantage but if Endless Horizons is cut I'll most likely add Citanul Flute.
So what do you guys think, is it worth the slot or will the Flute be more beneficial?
Sure though I just put it together still putting the pieces together:

Woops, little broken English there but you know what I mean hopefully. Its still got a lot of work/testing needed.

I'd say it's not worth the slot. Also, it doesn't say "Basic Plains", just "Plains", so Mistveil Plains and Sacred Foundry can get tutored out as well. I mean sure, removing, at most 9 cards from your deck is good, but think about how often you'll get that, or how often you could actually get the card to fetch those lands.

Cool thanks, I think you're right. I'm going to miss Endless Horizons and Emeria, The Sky Ruin too, just not enough Plains in the deck. Also while that's useful to know about searching for nonbasic plains, I don't think it'd last a full table rotation with Sacred Foundry and Mistveil Plains under it. Thanks again for the suggestion.

Without seeing the rest of the deck it'll be difficult to say one way or another. Do you have the decklist?
