In short, the cards I'm taking out benefit me very marginally. Reforge refills my opponents, which benefit much better than I do. Garruk's effects don't have as big of an impact as would be required to make the cut anymore.

The cards being added in best synergize with Gruul Turf, which has been showing to perform better than before these days, partially aided by the more recent additions. Amulet will lead to more acceleration, and Omen will synergize with Valakut like never before.

These are tested for now. Perhaps the removed cards can make their way back some day.
