The reason the 5 swords are in the maybe board is I currently don't know what to cut for some (or all) of them so suggestions welcome!

Your deck looks fun!
If anything, it just seems that the average CMC might be too high, forcing you to have slow and inconsistent games. Maybe cutting some of the non-angel token generators like White Sun's Zenith , Thraben Doomsayer , and Leonin Warleader for cheaper mana ramp like Thought Vessel , Mind Stone , Wayfarer's Bauble , and Smothering Tithe would help a lot?
