A couple of changes.
First of all, I intend to replace every Inquisitor Exarch with Kitchen Finks, but due to their cost and rarity, it'll be a slow process. For now, I could only find 1x, so that's where I'll begin. It took me a while to understand that Kitchen Finks is a superior card. Even though it can't cause life loss to the opponent, its life gain and persist abilities make it more viable in control-oriented deck.
Second, I drop 2x Wall of Omens, 1x Venser, the Sojourner
and 1x Icatian Javelineers to add 4x Mulldrifter to the mix. With Emancipation Angel on board, there's not that much need for heavy-cmc blinking so one Venser can go. Javelineers were always a bit of an experiment and will probably be replaced with some spot removal anyway. Mulldrifter can provide what Wall of Omens can't: Real card advantage. Not to mention that 2/2 flier isn't half bad a creature.

I would, but this is modern, not legacy cycle lands and astral slide are not modern legal :)

Where's the Stonehorn Dignitary ? probably one of the best cards in a Venser blink/control deck.

It has crossed my mind. I should definitely put it in my maybeboard at least.

You may like to put a few cycle lands to accelerate the draw and then add Astral Slide to blink your creatures as much as you want. =)
