Made quite a few changes! -Cut some of the removal, it now sits at 13 instants, that will also change if I manage to get ahold of another 3 Hero's Downfall. -Added 3 Nighthowler, extra devotion, extra punch on a Gray Merchant of Asphodel or Liliana's Reaver, or just a creature on it's own for 3! -Added 2 Duress until thoughtseize comes down or I manage to find a couple in a booster.

I would remove 4 Grisly Spectacle and add 3 Hero's Downfall and 1 Ultimate Price . Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx isn't that necessary. Removing it would low the cost of the deck. You need more low cost creatures too.

I see that you want to keep it less than 80$ but you reallu shoyld try to add Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx beacause it's so powerfull in devotion deck.
