I decided that in order to get a better feel for modern, I would start by looking through every card in the format. I was only about an hour in when I saw the card Booby Trap and decided that I needed to make a deck. Unfortunately, this is by no means modern legal. At all.

The first idea was just the trap and some cards that stick permanents on top of their owner's libraries. It's a form of control in itself and is pretty funny to put a card there, then play the trap so they are forced to draw it next turn and lose 10 life. Then I thought that this type of combo would go well in another deck based around Donate I've been tossing around in my head for a while because they share a combo piece of returning cards! And thus, heheheh booby trap was born.
