To do both in one turn would definitely be a big mana dump, but I could see it being done the turn after. I might actually swap out Urge to Feed for Fallen Ideal. Thanks!

It also pairs fairly well with Blood Artist. If I don't Mutilate, I can just sac my whole board, drain their life, gain a ton, and swing for game.

2 Cards you may consider

Blade of the Bloodchief: may be a good replacement for Eternal Thirst cheaper to cast cheap to equip no 2 for 1 when your creature is destroyed

Viscera Seer: fills 2 rolls in this deck first of is a free Sac Outlet (cheaper than Fallen Ideal) it also let you change the top card of your deck, because Vampire Nocturnus will not triger from lands

and yeah stealing Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is crazy awsome

Unfortunately, Blade of the Bloodchief is too expensive for the budget version of this deck. I think that I'm definitely going to run Viscera Seer over Ideal though. Thanks!
