Oh hey, it's Neobrand! I always wondered if this deck could make a comeback, it was so cool and fast albeit fragile. Ancient Adamantoise in here reminds me of Natural Order for Empyrial Archangel in legacy back in the day, when burn was rampant lol. Cool build love the toolboxy aspect instead of all-in combo like you usually see here. Though, is a Thassa win so out of the question here it isn't worth a one of/sb card?

capwner I'm literally clutching my pearls because I feel so called out- Thassa's Oracle would've been included if Laboratory Maniac made the list. Ibid your comment about not being all-in combo, but rather keeping some of what Neobrand originally was known for- sweating your choices, counting your life down and hoping you hit the Autochthon Wurm. Thanks so much for your commentary!

Ha I was not intending to call anything out, was just curious how feasible it would be to pull off that line compared to OG neo where it was the main line, or if now it's not even worth thinking about given how lethal this Ghalta setup is, lol. I think the build makes sense, trust your judgement here.

capwner I'm just harshing your gig, buddy. I appreciate your input for sure! Neobrand has kinda come back to the frontlines in popularity, and I'm sure someone with more control-driven tendencies would do that, given how valuable and strong the variants that use Orim's Chant are.

Cloudy2024 I appreciate the upvote! Yeah, this deck has caught a lot of umbrage when successful, and scoffs when I whiff, but it's sincerely one of my favorite modern shells ever. Anytime a creature with mana cost comes across my feed, I have to see if it makes sense here. Cheers!
