REVAMP: Old Combo out, Better Pieces in —Nov. 26, 2022

Hello All!

I am taking out the Maskwood Nexus + The World Tree combo from this deck. While I feel that being able to tutor my entire deck out is fun, I feel that the nexus does not do enough: It may support this awesome combo, sure, but a lot of the time it just does kinda.... nothing. And while I could go for it and get the combo, I feel that that is not what the deck wants to do.

No worries though, as I feel these changes will help the deck overall, rather then hurt it.

Maskwood Nexus ----------------> Sivitri, Dragon Master:

This new planeswalker is SPICY! Removal, Tutoring, AND Shields?! Its incredible, and has been such a wonderful replacement within the deck. So far, so good!

Dragonlord's Servant ---------------------> Scaled Nurturer:

So.... just a bit better ramp overall. Its a mana dork, that lets you gain life when you play dragons.... and no lie, its actually been lowkey baller. +2 life for every tap adds up, and it can be used for non dragon spells. Its been very delightful as it solves not just the original ramp problem, but is even cheaper due to the Ur Dragon, AND it cushions our life total due to the significant drain this deck can have.

Steel Hellkite ---------------------------------> Two-Headed Hellkite:

I mean... I had too. I had too. The deck has not had any issues with removal at all, and this also helps draw cards, which is needed more often then you think. Its been a very solid and powerful dragon, and its restrictive mana cost has not come up as an issue that often. Plus, with certain cards it can usually make the cost free to play.

Atsushi, the Blazing Sky ----------------------> Rith, Liberated Primeval:

Don't get me wrong, a badass 3 drop that dies for 3 treasures 4/4 beatstick is cool.... BUT Rith provides all my dragons with additional protection AND can potentiall make MORE dragons. If any of the cards may come back out of this update, its this one. Atsushi is just that good of a 3 drop beatstick. but for 4 mana, Rith is just too good to ignore.

Austere Command -------------------------------> Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm:

Well... I figured instead of destroying my stuff, I should make more of them. And it even copies my legendary dragons.... so Why. if the deck needs more removal, I can just swap these back round. After all, why shouldn't I run this? Its mine, MINE MI- corrupted by dragon fever!

There you have it! Expect the page to be revamped as well!
