First changes —Nov. 8, 2018
Now that I've had the chance to test the deck a fair bit, I've been able to make some initial changes that I feel make the deck more aggressive and better equipped in certain match-ups.
Mainboard
2x Thalia, Guardian of Thraben + 1x Kuldotha Rebirth -> 3x Simian Spirit Guide
Two copies of Thalia proved to be just a bit slow mainboard, especially when she isn't relevant in every matchup. As for Rebirth, three proved to just be a bit much. Drawing two in one game is usually really bad, so running two helps prevent this while still proving to be enough for an explosive opener.
As for SSG, a friend recommended I try him and helped me work him into the list as I was unsure where it'd go. Very pleased with the results, even though we couldn't find room for a playset. Definitely helps get an explosive start.
1x Mountain -> 1x Stomping Ground
Splashing green for Destructive Revelry in the Sideboard.
Sideboard
1x Skullcrack -> 1x Thalia, Guardian of Thraben
Definitely overdid it with the Skullcracks in the sideboard initially, as life gain just doesn't hurt as much as I anticipated. While I Thalia to be too slow mainboard, I still think she's worth it for certain match-ups.
4x Smash to Smithereens -> 4x Destructive Revelry
I feel that Revelry is relevant to hit stuff enchantments where necessary for the trade of one damage is worth the green splash.
