Testing Coastal Piracy in place of Zendikar Resurgent.

This is a really cool deck! I love animar and have been looking for a deck that isn't necessarily hell bent on winning, but is very capable of durdling well into the late game (or at least not being the first person eliminated). This seems perfect, except for the 500$ price tag, which, as you mentioned, appears to be easily reduced with a few simple swaps. Great job!

If you sort the deck by price tag, you may find which cards are expensive.
Here I provided a list of change for cards >10$:

• Birds of Paradise --> Any 1-cmc mana dork will do the job. (eg: Llanowar Elves)
• Breeding Pool --> tapland/painland/basicland with the same colors.
• Chrome Mox --> tapland/painland/basicland with the same colors.
• Cloudstone Curio --> Weaver of Lies
• Flooded Strand --> tapland/painland/basicland with the same colors.
• Karplusan Forest --> tapland/basicland with the same colors.
• Steam Vents --> tapland/painland/basicland with the same colors.
• Windswept Heath --> tapland/painland/basicland with the same colors.
• more expensive cards:
• Arid Mesa --> tapland/painland/basicland with the same colors.
• Bloom Tender --> Somberwald Sage is the best replacement I can find, but doesn't work well with the unMorph ability. Another option is replacing her by a 1-cmc mana dork.
• Earthcraft --> No real alt-options, except Cryptolith Rite (already in the list). It's a very powerful card, if you can't afford it, switch it with another ramp card (Green is full of efficient sorceries for this job).
• Mox Diamond --> tapland/painland/basicland with the same colors.
• Scalding Tarn --> tapland/painland/basicland with the same colors.
• Taiga --> tapland/painland/basicland with the same colors.

This way, the price tag can be reduced to 100-150$ instead of 500$.
