More Protection —March 20, 2020
So another update and this is about card draw and protecting my board state. I'm less interested in talking for about the cuts as I am about the add ins. So first we have Pyroblast and Red Elemental Blast Blue is a big issue and there are very few options to protect me from them. Imp's Mischief stops kill spells and counters and just about everything so it goes right in. I am considering Shunt and Wild Ricochet for the same reasons as Imp's Mischief the only issue being is the higher CMC. A really interesting card I'm looking into is Warping Wail It kills dorks, counters a lot of board wipes and creates a blocker all which are pretty good options. Finally I am looking for Bolt Bend I have so many big creatures so it should cost one red when I really need it. So this is were I'm at right now.
