MTG Combo: Cabal Ritual + Dark Ritual

Consider these two decks for inspiration, they both quite well made and have a lot more of a control-ee feel to them, which I think is what Nekusar wants. He's a vulnerable commander that if he gets removed too quickly, he's hard to get back online. One of the decks posted up there uses quick mana (Cabal Ritual + Dark Ritual ) to recover from a removal or power him out earlier to get the game plan going. Most play less creatures and more disrupt and stall so you can wheel opponents to death. Hive Mind is absolutely nuts with just a single wheel.

Some enchantments that you might be missing are Megrim + Mind Over Matter + Waste Not + Forced Fruition some of which can have hilarious results. Cut Mind Over Mater to avoid infinite damage with Temple Bell and whatnot.. But Mind Over is still a GREAT card, tap down attackers, untap mana rocks, ect.
