At the beginning of combat on your turn, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.

I'd take out Juniper Order Ranger. His cost is a bit high and you have cheaper and abundant ways to get counters on creatures (such as soon to be included (Innkeeper's Talent).
You have 36 (now 37?) noncreature spells which is plenty to justify Flux Channeler.
If you still wanted to improve past that, I would look at your planeswalkers package. Seems there could be more heft (I tend to be degenerate with mine) but if they suit you well, ignore this comment because that's probably just your play style.

I am hoping to put Innkeeper's Talent into my Atraxa, Praetors' Voice EDH deck, because it is a great card for that deck, but I am not certain about which card I should remove to make room for it.
Currently, I am considering removing Flux Channeler, because I am not certain if my Atraxa deck contains a sufficient number of non-creature spells to justify her inclusion in that deck, but I certainly would appreciate everyone else's feedback, as well, so what does everyone else say, about this? How can I put Innkeeper's Talent into my Atraxa, Praetors' Voice EDH deck?
