Need Help buliding a budget Kozilek deck.

I wanna build a deck on Kozilek, the Great Distortion but i dont know where to start as i have never really built a deck before. I want to theme it around the eldrazi and colorless stuffs. I have a budget to around 100-250€ but that is abit flexible. Does anyone have a good decklist to start from and any tips?

Bag of Holding and the new Containment Construct are good for negating the card disadvantage from the discard ability. Past that, RNR is right—lots of extra mana is essential for this type of deck. Liquimetal Torque, Manakin, Hedron Crawler... all you can fit. Then the rest can just be card draw and removal

Seeing as you are not sure where to start or this might be your first commander deck you should check out EDH Rec, you can find commonly used cards for commanders.
Command Zone and many other commander focused youtube channels can help with deck building and can give you a general commander deck template. Although things will change based on your playgroup and desired level of play.

So i spent some time looking through cards and came up with this

Lots of cheap mana rocks. Mind Stone, Prismatic Lens and Sol Ring your commander is super mana hungry and if you want to have an impact in the game you'll need to run him out as early as possible. The budget is a tiny bit slim for colorless but it can be done. Also, try to have a variety of things that have different mana values to maximize his counter ability.
