Also, I do not own most of these decks in paper (it'd strain my collection too much and be way too expensive) - a lot of my lists are brews or rough ideas or builds I came up for, for friends.

Hey, I'm interested in building a Fynn, the Fangbearer Commander deck and so I've been looking at other people's decks. I saw that you posted a comment on Metroid_Hybrid's deck a while back and was wondering what the point of running Mox Amber is any different from running a basic land, specifically in a mono colored deck. I am not super experienced and don't really understand/know mana fixing/curve (whatever it's called) stuff like at all and was just wondering if you would be able to explain that.
