Gotcha. The 2 cuts I had in mind were Destiny Spinner, because it's not an Elf, and Primeval Light, which I thought at first I would need more than I've found that I do. Furthermore, Elvish Herder is an elf, and that alone makes it worthwhile. For that matter, it's the same reason I chose it over Stampede Driver (not to mention that I have absolutely zero problem coming up with that one green mana to activate it).
However, I do have a lot of fog in here. I put so many in there just to make certain that I draw one or two of them during the course of the game. But I can probably do without one. So here's what I'm going to do for now, and then I'll playtest:
-
OUT: Destiny Spinner, Primeval Light, Pause for Reflection & one Forest
-
IN: Lithoform Engine, Strionic Resonator, Bellowing Tanglewurm & Bonders' Enclave
Thanks again! We'll see how this does.

I'd cut two fogs. With the amount of elves and/or big chunguses, I don't think people will want to attack you.
I would also cut the Elvish Herder for Bellowing Tanglewurm since it provides blanket evasion with needing to pay mana every turn.
Another card I'd consider is Bonders' Enclave. Even without the Tarrasque, you're probably be able to activate it with plethora of elvish lords.
Also, I don't think the Tarrasque is that strech of a Commander. You can think of it as a huge monster that the elves would rather feed than be eaten by it. So that's why he "commands" the elves.

Cards like Predatory Focus or Siege Behemoth would work. Or give it trample with cards like Elvish Herder , Ring of Kalonia or Rancor .

Also sacrificing cards like Yargle, Glutton of Urborg + Exponential Growth + Elvish Herder could win you the game if I understand correctly.

i think you would benefit from Auramancer and Trusty Retriever
i would drop commune with nature and relentless pursuit for Return to Nature
then prob drop fist of iron wood, recruit the worthy and Krosan Tusker to make space for more creatures with vigilance. i think you would be much happier with a higher creature count.
Diving Griffin , Gallant Cavalry , Ikiral Outrider , Parhelion Patrol , Prowling Felidar and Elvish Herder are all cards i would consider
also you might not have enough green creatures for Ivy Lane Denizen.
take this all with a grain of salt. no idea what is correct until you test it.

good start
Remove Vraska, Swarm's Eminence
add Ohran Frostfang
also toss in some trample effects in (Elvish Herder, Rancor)
dramatically lower the number of 5+ cmc to 5 cards maximum
your going to struggle if fynn goes into a late game so focus on ending the game early
heres an artical that may be helpfull
How To Build Aggro
just keep in mind that advise is for a 60 card format
so when they say something like 8-12 1 drops in commander that would be mofre like 16-32 1 drops

Hey, idk if this deck is still active but I thought I would recommend a few cards. First of all Monstrous Onslaught is a must for all Omnath decks as it will most of the time wipe just about all of your opponents creatures for only 5 mana. Elephant Grass can be good. Elvish Herder is a great trample giver. Three Visits is better than rampant growth if you have the money. Nissa, Who Shakes the World is basically vernal bloom 2.0. I think Doubling Cube needs back in and Helix Pinnacle wouldn't hurt either. Lifecrafter's Bestiary is great card draw. Sword of Feast and Famine untaps your lands and gives you protection from a cast down or walk the plank. Crop Rotation is great with rogues passage and the cradle. Plow Under absolutely kills someone usually. Calming Verse is a one sided enchantment wipe, and Sylvan Tutor is wordly tutors weak cousin.
Nice deck!
