Hey guys looking for some verification on Smothering Tithe
If I have more then one opponent drawing a card, is that multiple treasure tokens being made off each opponent?
Say for instance Selvala, Explorer Returned "parley" three opponents draw a card... thus three treasure tokens are created from Smothering Tithe ...

Yep! It will trigger three times, one for each opponent. When the first one resolves, the first opponent has the option to either pay 2 or give you a treasure. The other two triggers resolve similarly. :)

And then they all mill 3 with Altar of the Brood , which means your opponents have 12 less cards in deck total (3 drawn, 9 milled)...

Yes, your interpretation is correct. Each opponent who draws must pay 2, or you get one treasure for each card drawn.
