Karn and Dualcaster Mage: BFFs?

K.

Say you have a ledgendary creature out, and infinite mana of any color. Don't worry about how you achieve that infinite mana; it isn't important.

You cast Karn's Temporal Sundering. Then, you flash in Dualcaster Mage, targeting KTS, which then targets you.

Can you then target DC with KTS's ETB, bouncing DC back to your hand, which allows you to then flash it in again, copying the copy of KTS, triggering another ETB, allowing you to bounce DC to hand... ad infinitum.

I have seen a similar question asked on Salvation. Though that question was asked about the new legendary Naru Meha, Master Wizard, and no source for infinite mana.

Yes if you already have infinite mana you could get infinite turns. After casting the original, and in response to it casting Dualcaster Mage and copying it, the copy will resolve, giving you an extra turn and bouncing your Mage back to your hand. This puts you back to the same point as when you first cast the initial spell. Just rinse and repeat for however many extra turns you want as long as you keep the original on the stack to be copied.

If you don't have infinite mana, then you can only copy it for as many times as you can cast the spell that copies said extra turn.

Infinite red mana is what it takes. That is important. But yeah, it can be done
