Is Relentless Dead's second ability "regenerate"

My opponent has played Rout. I bring Relentless Dead back to my hand, and want to bring a second Lifebane Zombie. I have the mana for it. (and Lifebane Zombie was previously in my graveyard.
Can I bring it back, or is the second ability 'regenerate' and I can't do it because of Rout.
Err, that is even a Lifebane Zombie sent to the graveyard at the same time as Relentless Dead, so it doesn't matter if it was already in the grave or if Rout killed both zombies.

Regenerate only stops things that say "regenerate" like the activated ability of Thrun, the Last Troll or the static ability of Mossbridge Troll. Returning a creature from the grave is fine, even a creature sent to the grave at the same time as Lifebane Zombie.
