Neither the spell effect nor delayed triggered ability of Glorious End target, and it has no activated ability. Reroute can only target an activated ability with a single target, and cannot even be cast if there is not an activated ability with a single target on the stack. The only interaction between these two cards is that Glorious End can exile Reroute if it's on the stack when the turn ends.

No. Glorious End has a delayed triggered ability, not an activated ability. Secondly, none of Glorious End's effects target anything, thus it does not have a single target. Both of these things make it an invalid target for Reroute.

In order to stop Glorious End's delayed triggered ability from causing you to lose the game, you'd need something like the following: Stifle, Trickbind, Disallow, or Sundial of the Infinite. With all of these, you would play them during the end step of your turn, while Glorious End's delayed triggered ability is on the stack.
