Do Mimic Vat tokens have a converted mana cost?

Do they?

Yes, since Mimic Vat copies the card, it copies everything on the card.

Technically, every token has a converted mana cost, but for most of them it's 0. However, that's just because most tokens are created by effects that don't define a mana cost for them. Mimic Vat makes tokens with a copy effect, and a copy effect copies all the characteristics of the original card, including mana cost, so the tokens it makes will have the same converted mana cost as the card imprinted on it.

706.2. When copying an object, the copy acquires the copiable values of the original object's characteristics and, for an object on the stack, choices made when casting or activating it (mode, targets, the value of X, whether it was kicked, how it will affect multiple targets, and so on). The "copiable values" are the values derived from the text printed on the object (that text being name, mana cost, color indicator, card type, subtype, supertype, expansion symbol, rules text, power, toughness, and/or loyalty), as modified by other copy effects, by "as . . . enters the battlefield" and "as . . . is turned face up" abilities that set characteristics, and by abilities that caused the object to be face down. Other effects (including type-changing and text-changing effects), status, and counters are not copied.

Since the token produced by Mimic Vat is a copy of the imprinted card, it has the mana cost of that card. The CMC will be the same as the imprinted card's.

i had a Primeval Titan on a Mimic Vat in my Horde of Notions EDH deck the other day and a Rings of Brighthearth in play meaning i would get 2 tokens per use of the vat lol. also a nice hint too is that if you use the vat at the end of the end step of the person before your turn the tokens stick around until your end step so you can swing with or whatever else you want to do.
