Help building U/W bounce control

Hey guys, I am trying to build a U/W bounce control deck for FNM. I will accept any and all help.

I've been having some positive results with my Izzet deck: Quick Love (Izzet) It could help you with your idea... it's like an aggro/tempo mix.

Cheers for the help thus far guys! I am researching more and love the idea of having a Blue/White (possible with a splash of red,) bounce control deck. I've fallen in love with Reflector Mage and want to build around it, whilst remaining standard legal. Any ideas?

my friend is doing Eldrazi Displacer with Reflector Mage and Panharmonicon along with Aetherworks Marvel... I actually like that idea too... and I think Bomat Courier is an excellent Standard card to help restock your hand.

I was on the fence about Eldrazi Displacer but a few friends have recommended it, your comment has tilted me over that fence, definitely going to chuck it in as a tester. I've also placed Spell Queller in there, its flash ability and the synergy with Panharmonicon is too good to resist. Keep the love coming guys haha.

What sort of mana base do you guys feel I should run with this? As I am relatively new it is something that I struggle to have confidence in.

Perhaps begin to put together an initial decklist, for others to see as a start.
