We have what appears to be Dack Fayden- or at least a third of him. He's definitely multicolored, definitely blue, and has a +1 ability.
I think he's also part black, but otherwise I have no idea what the hell he does, how much he costs, how many loyalty counters he costs, why he's in Conspiracy, etc.

amishrambo, there's no room for "until end of turn. It gets haste until end of turn." From what I can tell, theres only enough room for "Gain control of target __". (thats actually about the amount of room left.)

It looks to be blue and red planeswalker rather than black and blue by looking at the middle of the card where the color begins to fade into another color. So his first ability is probably or pretty close to draw a card or two and discard two cards, Just my thoughts on it tho.

Then it would be 0 mana to draw 2 cards every turn...if you can put a counter on it before SBA's are checked.

Anyone who sees a new tweet and wants to decode it, here's a cipher site that will decode it for you. Just set to decrypt and type GVYJTHQXGR in where it says Passphrase.

It's a set made to draft, but none of the cards will be Modern or Standard legal. I think it's focus is multiplayer drafting? It's a limited print run though.

So basically if dack is any kind of good I'm gonna have to drop like $50 to actually get one? Great.
Sorry to be such a pessimist but I hate when wizards does things like this. I like the duel decks because they are massively available so MSRP is pretty much set in stone as what you'll actually pay.
From The vaults and the like irritate me because they msrp at like $40 but then they spoil some ridiculous card and all of a sudden the price triples (looking at you FTV 20).
It's just a tad discouraging. Sorry for the rant but I don't feel like a special product should really BE spoiled otherwise stores rip us off.

I saw something earlier that looked real and followed what has been spoiled.

3 Loyalty counters
+1 Draw 2 cards then discard 2 cards.
-2 Gain control of target artifact
-6 You get an emblem with "Whenever you cast a spell that targets a creature, untap it, gain control of it. It gains haste"
Looks completely legit, not bonkers powerful. Could possibly be played in Legacy, maybe not though. Anyway figured I'd share that

So far we only have that 3rd of Dack's card. My guess is that he has some sort of epithet, (think Ajani, Caller of the Pride ). But we'll hear more eventually. I mean, it's not like it's a Conspiracy or anything XD

Mtg mint posted the 1/3 of the card on Facebook the other day and what I posted was one of the comments. It was a card though, and that emblem is sick. With that wording you get to keep the creature, regardless of who controls it.

I don't know much about eternal formats, but as far as I'm aware there aren't many spells used in U/R that target creatures without somehow removing them (i.e. Lightning Bolt or Vapor Snag ). It could be useful, but I'd say his +1 is his best ability speculated so far.

I think the +1 Faithless Looting is the best speculation we've got so far. The other two abilities are still up in the air. Also, his starting loyalty is going to be relevant. My guess is that he'll start with 3, and maybe 4.

Here is what Dack actually says in full.

-6: You get an emblem that says "Whenever you cast a spell that targets one or more permanents, gain control of those permanents."

I think his +1 is gonna be some sort of looter effect
thinking his -2 would be maybe either Threaten or Mind Control depending on his cost
