Updating mono-blue combo

Hey everyone,
I have taken a break from modern for a while because I didn't like where it was going. Now that control is making a comeback, I want to see what my blue polymorph deck is capable of. let me know what you think might work and/or what new directions I would want to go in. Thanks In Advance!
Dorotheus, why would Paradoxical Outcome be helpful for monoblue control other than the obvious card draw? it might have been helpful to post my old list to look off of, so here it is:

Funkydiscogod, if you want, Indomitable Creativity would be a cheaper way to morph into brisela. 5 as opposed to 6.

Paradoxical Outcome for monoblue control.
Polymorph decks are neat too, they never get "considered" meta-game competitve, but they are Blue Red, and sometimes White now, because of these key cards: Polymorph (duh), Raise the Alarm (not new or anything really), and Indomitable Creativity (this tho).
So take what you will from that information.
